On a 1976 house, Soslan and Ivan rebuilt two screen doors rather than replacing them — $295 for work that would have run several times that as a replacement on custom-sized openings. On a second Inverness property, Konstantine and Ivan handled full window cleaning: exteriors done with a water-fed pole system from the ground, sills and frames included, screens cleaned. $1,380. The homeowner wasn’t home — we worked from the back door as arranged and confirmed the screen scope by phone before starting.
