What was included. Every lite gets washed by hand. Sills and frames were included, screens were washed, and the skylights were done from the ground with a water-fed pole system rather than anyone walking the roof. That last part matters more than it sounds. Skylights are where contractors damage roofs, and on a house like this the roof is worth far more than the cleaning. Water-fed poles reach them from a safe position and leave the shingles alone. Ivan and Konstantine worked it as a two-man crew and finished the same day, invoiced that evening and paid on receipt. One visit, two techs, $1,791.
