What was included. This is the kind of job most residential companies turn down — the height requires a 40-foot ladder, and in Lakeview there’s nowhere obvious to set it. Parked cars line both sides of the street, the lot lines are tight, and the only real footing is off the walk or the gangway. Ruslan and Ivan worked it as a two-man crew, which on a ladder that size isn’t optional — one foots and stabilizes while the other works. Gutters cleared and flushed, job finished the same morning, invoiced and paid that day.
