What was included. Houses from this era don’t have modern tilt-in sashes. The glass is original or close to it, the sightlines are divided, and the storms and screens are separate panels that have to come out, get cleaned, and go back into the frame they came from. Mark and Ruslan worked the job as a two-man crew, arriving at the start of the morning window and finishing the same day. Working in pairs is what makes a house this size a one-day job instead of a two-day disruption — one works interior while the other handles exterior and access.
