What was included. The order matters on a job like this. Siding gets soft washed first at low pressure, and only after the rinse water has run down does anyone touch glass — washing windows first just means doing them twice. Gutters were cleaned entirely by hand, no blower: debris bagged and hauled off the property instead of blown into the yard, every downspout checked and flushed for flow. Sills, frames, and tracks were included on the window work, and the two skylights were done from outside. Mark and Mykhailo ran it as a two-man crew and finished the same afternoon.
