Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleaning, no. Just make sure any outside screens are unlatched and removable. Interior work needs access, so someone should be home or arrange a way in.
Do you wash window screens?
Yes, from $5 per screen. We machine-wash them on the outside of the house and clean all parts of the screen, not just the mesh. That is more thorough than the quick brush-and-wipe some companies offer.
Can you clean window tracks?
Yes, as an add-on. We open each window and clean the tracks and the moving parts, not only the glass.
What payment methods do you accept?
On site by check, cash, Zelle or Venmo. We also take credit cards with a 4% convenience fee. Payment is due once the work is done and you have walked the job with us.
Do you offer commercial or recurring service?
Yes. We set commercial cleaning to your needs: twice a month, monthly, or every few months. Post-construction cleaning is also available and quoted separately.
Can you repair or replace window screen mesh during a window cleaning appointment in the Chicago area?
Yes, we offer screen repair and mesh replacement as an add-on. If we spot a torn or damaged screen while cleaning your windows or doors, we can take care of it on the same visit, so you are not booking a separate appointment.
