Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sparkle Service website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Sparkle Service provides professional exterior property services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting installation, and related maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Chicago’s North Shore area.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes are provided based on the scope of work described. Final pricing may vary if the actual conditions differ significantly from what was described. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the areas requiring service. Please secure pets and remove obstacles before our arrival.

Liability

While we take every precaution, Sparkle Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions beyond our control. Any concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
